Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to interact with customers for requirements gathering, translating business requirements into technical workflows and develop and document the requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Scope Analysis (Identify pain points, identify success metrics, feature list, use cases).
- Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
- Understand business requirements from the client and communicate to the technical team for estimations.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness and consistency.
- Facilitate to create wireframes based on customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related field.
- Customer-facing experience in the technology industry.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of the business drivers that translate into technical requirements.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
