We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a focus on SharePoint enterprise solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate across departments to understand business needs, capture and translate requirements, and support solution design through testing and documentation. You'll be a key connector between stakeholders and developers, driving smart, scalable SharePoint-based solutions. This is a Hybrid position and will be onsite 3-days per week. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with 3rd parties for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs across multiple functions
- Create user stories and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Lead and coordinate functional testing and UAT efforts
- Document processes, requirements, mockups, user guides, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology
- Support change control processes and project lifecycle deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience/knowledge of SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Familiar with Agile, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Webex, and Miro
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to plan, test, and document software features and changes
- Occasional off-shift hours and travel may be required
