Businees Analyst to enhance their data-driven software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner requirements. This is on a Right to Hire Basis and is onsite in Insurance CT office.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for P&C insurance systems (policy admin, claims, underwriting, billing, etc.)
- Develop business process models, use cases, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Participate in solution design reviews to ensure requirements are correctly translated.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across insurance applications.
- Log defects, track resolution, and verify fixes using tools like JIRA, Client ALM, or similar.
- Support system/data migration validation and perform testing of reports/documents.
- Liaise between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
- Assist in training, change management, and documentation as needed.
