Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support business decision-making by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and solution alignment. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research. Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams. Analyze existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Assist in developing business cases, project scopes, and ROI analyses. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Support testing and validation of new systems or enhancements. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and project life cycles. Experience writing clear and detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira). Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Domain knowledge in finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc. customize as needed . Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
