Business Analyst

This Analyst will be a key member of the IT team for Destination Product Design. They will play a crucial role in integrating technology, design, and business requirements. Their responsibilities include ensuring that product designs align with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility. They will provide insights and expertise to optimize the design process, develop scope and requirements, and estimate budgetary costs for the execution team. Additionally, they will assist in evaluating changes in scope and aligning project design requirements with the relevant IT and construction disciplines within the company.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of business analyst experience.
Experience capturing and documenting stakeholder requirements.
Effectively communicating with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Need experience working on large scale projects from scratch.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Resort/Theme park/Cruise/hospitality industry is a huge plus.
Leadership/mentor experience in previous role
