We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the implementation of projects and product teams, with a focus on Microsoft Azure / D365. This role requires a creative, self-motivated professional with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to drive continuous improvement in our Vehicle Processing, Parts Distribution, and Transportation functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, analyzing business processes, system capabilities, customization, integration, and process design.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and clarifications with technical teams using agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure seamless go-lives for project and product teams.
  • Support internal teams in implementing features for Supply Chain operations, including workflows, automation, data imports/exports, and process optimizations.
  • Act as a liaison between business owners and technical teams to ensure business needs and priorities are well understood.
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards, processes, and methodologies, including QA, PMLC, and SDLC best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on application design, feature optimization, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
  • Design and develop BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and maintain clean, accurate, and analysis-ready datasets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders-including business analysts, project managers, and data scientists-to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability in dashboards and reports.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams, primarily in an agile environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation projects, covering design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
  • Strong background in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Experience in functional design, system configuration, and process alignment.
  • Proven ability to deliver business analysis and system development/configuration for process improvements.
  • Understanding of software and systems development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Ability to perform both Business and Data Analysis within projects and product teams.
  • Strong research skills, including navigating systems/solutions and querying relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborating with QA teams to develop test cases.
  • Ability to produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive adoption among business and IT users.
  • Comfortable navigating both Mainframe and Distributed systems with minimal training.
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, including coordinating resolution efforts between business and IT teams.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Vehicle Processing and Parts Distribution warehousing.
Additional Qualifications
  • BS/BA/MBA Degree in a related field.
  • Microsoft Certification in Power BI and/or Power Platform (Preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our Vehicle Processing Centers in Jacksonville, FL multiple days per week.
  • Willing to participate in an on-call rotation and support nightly or weekend validations for Vehicle Processing and Parts-related applications.

Candidates must be local to Jacksonville, FL and willing to:
  • Participate in the rotational on-call schedule.
  • Occasionally visit the office during nightly or weekend checkouts for application validation.
