Whether you're based in Des Moines or prefer working remotely, we offer flexibility, a collaborative culture, and endless opportunities to learn and make a real impact.Responsibilities:Analyze system data and develop reports using Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps.Design business models, flowcharts, and process diagrams (Visio, etc.).Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs (e.g., barcode scanning systems, internal app development).Build and deploy low-code applications and automated workflows via Microsoft Power Platform.Collaborate with IT, Operations, Procurement, and Risk teams to optimize business processes.Document business requirements, project plans, and system improvement recommendations.Champion the use of Power Platform across the organization.Qualifications:3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role (preferably in technology environments).Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and MS Dynamics 365.Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and process mapping.Strong data analysis and reporting skills.Knowledge of low-code/no-code app development.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
