Location: 13555 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75234 - The position can be managed in remote with a Business trip to our HQ a week, once a month. For this role , I have a preference for a person located around the area.

Position Title: Business Analyst

I am looking for a BA who has experience on Order Orchestration, Intercompany flow for Make to Order Processes .
It is part of Supply Chain, Order To Cash business process .
The BA will work in close collaboration with the BPO ( Business Process Owner ) responsible of the Orchestration stream .
This organization is set primarily to support our IT team for the roll out of a new ERP making our current Operations processes matching the ERP features.

• AS-IS Process Design Level 2&3 ( Deliverables : Process Flow Diagram, Business Scenarios, RACI, KPI, Systems)

• TO-BE Process Design Level 2&3 (Deliverables : Process Flow Diagram, Policy, SOP, RACI, KPI, Systems, Organization set up)
• Identify Fit & Gaps from the business process and the system core models
• Mitigations Plans to cover gaps not managed by the IT Core model

• Deliver the weekly staff delivery deck, Weekly Activity Dashboard and Monthly Staff report , incl. KPI.

• Manage the "pre requisites" projects and deliver the related reporting.
• Organize and Execute the communication plan In/Out of Operations
• Organize the Documentation.
• Organize & Coordinate the IT Change Request Process, the Business Process Training and Key User Assessment Plans.
