Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team for the Food Service On Premise (FSOP) channel. This role will involve analyzing system data, developing pricing strategies, supporting forecasting, and enabling profitable decision-making through reporting and insights. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of data systems to support profitable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Support the development of FSOP pricing guidelines to align sales teams with profitability strategies.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from internal systems to identify opportunities and deliver timely solutions.
- Provide recurring and ad hoc analysis to support the FSOP Planning & Performance Manager (PPM) and team routines.
- Partner with sales teams and FSOP stakeholders to develop strategic programs for profitable growth.
- Conduct forecast evaluation and performance analysis, including identifying gaps and potential hurdles.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data mapping across systems; oversee resolution of identified anomalies.
- Proactively analyze system data, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of FSOP reporting tools.
- Validate requirements and support alignment for new automated reporting systems.
- Present data in a meaningful way to drive strategic decisions and insights.
Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data mining, deep-dive analysis, or project management.
- Expertise in data systems and technical terminology, with the ability to perform complex data analysis.
- Proficient in statistical/mathematical modeling tools and data visualization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate innovative solutions.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and patterns within large datasets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and mathematical capabilities.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, especially with process improvement teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on multiple initiatives.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with revenue growth management, pricing strategies, or food service industry is a plus.
