A client in Cincinnati is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their team during a period of transformative change. This role focuses on analyzing key business metrics, managing revenue contracts, and gathering and articulating custom data to support business objectives. The individual will work across various areas, including contract titles, licenses, vendor agreements, real estate, customer contracts, billing processes, and future state workflows. The role will be a significant amount of reconciliation mapping to get to a single source of truth. Once the customer contracts and billing portion is completed, the Business Analyst/Project Manager will contribute to additional projects critical to the organizations transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an enterprise-level company as an analytical business analyst
Experience with project management or project coordination
Experience working with a CRM or Sales system such as SalesForce, JDE, or similiar
Experience with analyzing data regarding customer contracts and billing
Proven ability to work effectively with executives at all levels, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.

Lean or Six Sigma Certification
PMI Certification
