Job Description:
  1. Senior 10 to 13-year total organizational experience
  2. Java/MF development background à who can read the complex application as well as help the team member if needed
  3. Product/BA experience à able to read complex application and convert the logics to business meaningful language
  4. QA/Automation background à plus point as its helps with critical thinking of the system and application
  5. Presentation skills à ppt/deck/visio etc
  6. Agile knowledge à good to have but not mandatory
