Now Hiring: Senior Business Systems Analyst- Experience in Media/Entertainment
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid Onsite Tue-Thu)
Contract Duration: 4 months
Extension/Conversion: Possible
Key Responsibilities- Conduct gap analysis between current and target systems, identifying redundancies and areas for process harmonization.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with distribution, sales, and tech teams to ensure clarity and alignment on business needs.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) aligned with project objectives.
Must-Have Skills- 7+ years of experience in media/entertainment, with a focus on theatrical distribution and sales
- 4+ years leading system harmonization/consolidation initiatives.
- Strong experience gathering and validating requirements; producing BRDs, FDS, and process flow diagrams
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with theatrical distribution and planning systems
- Familiarity with studio tech ecosystems and distribution workflows
- Exposure to platform integration (eg, digital release tools, box office systems).
Soft Skills & Methodologies- Proven success leading enterprise consolidation projects
- Expertise in merging functionalities across platforms.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
