Hybrid role located in Boston, MA (2 days a week on site per week)
Our Government Healthcare client is seeking a Business Analyst.

Rate: $52- $62 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops with agency subject matter experts (SME's) to gather detailed business requirements.
- Document and maintain business requirements and process flows, where applicable, that can be used for implementation.
- Actively participate in the requirement discussions with third party vendors and review the functional and technical specifications with internal cross functional teams
- Liaise with third party vendors and agency SME's to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution,
- Identify, triage and solves project issues.
- Work with the various cross functional teams to address project issues and mitigate risk.
- Perform complex workflow analysis and identify gaps.
- Documents business process workflows and review them with cross functional SMEs for sign off
- Perform validation of the business and system processes along with the internal SMEs
- Work with the QA teams to clarify business requirements and assist in requirement to test scenario mapping
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience
- Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
- Experience with State Based Marketplaces preferred
- Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office 365, Excel and Visio
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
