What's the Job? - Work with business and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities
- Identify areas for process improvement and help define future-state workflows
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the lifecycle
What's Needed? - 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT or technical setting
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable gathering and documenting requirements from multiple sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain tech solutions to business teams
