Business Analyst - Marketing Technology (Adobe Tech Stack)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and analytics, to gather and document business requirements related to marketing technology projects.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current marketing technology processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
Utilize your expertise in the Adobe tech stack, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target, to assess, configure, and customize these tools to meet business needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.
Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and other documentation to support the implementation of marketing technology solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technology solutions within the Adobe tech stack.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful deployment of marketing technology projects.
Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of marketing technology tools and systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology, specifically within the Adobe tech stack, and provide recommendations for future enhancements.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing technology initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in marketing technology projects, preferably with expertise in the Adobe tech stack.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
Solid understanding of marketing processes and best practices, including lead generation, customer segmentation, campaign management, and analytics.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing user stories.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
