Key Responsibilities Include:

• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop process models, workflows, and screen designs to support system design.
• Lead and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, and other teams on design and development.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and other documentation.
• Write test cases, assist with system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to write SQL queries and compile data/reports as needed.
• Support production applications as part of help desk assistance.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst and 3 years as a BA/QA Analyst.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal).
• Strong experience across the SDLC process.
• Ability to work well with SMEs, Business Analysts, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skill Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
