About the Position:

• The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements and make recommendations for solutions to improve business processes and systems.

• This position deploys, develops, and administers the company's Business Systems to deliver accurate processes and data to achieve company objectives. Business systems include but are not limited to Business Intelligence (BI - Targit), the Dealer Management System (DMS - Intellidealer) and other adjacent systems (i.e., Avalara for sales tax, Filebound for imaging and workflow).

Responsibilities:

• Highly align with our company Mission and Core Values.

• Apply industry and functional knowledge to configure Business Systems to achieve company goals.

• Configure, support, and manage all modules of the DMS to facilitate processes and requirements.

• Collaborate with management and departmental employees to analyze business processes and identify, develop, and assist in the implementation of system changes and process improvement opportunities.

• Create documentation, deliver training, and provide support on the Business Systems.

• Turn data into insights by delivering accurate financial and managerial reports, models, and dashboards.

• Arrange interfaces between the DMS and adjacent systems, including the BI extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes.

• Ensure that systems remain valid, and activities are consistent with company and industry standards. Work with Business System vendors to manage deployment, maintenance, and support.

• Manage support and change requests within our systems.

• Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, and stakeholders. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications or Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, computer information systems, or a related degree preferred.
  • Strong Written, Verbal, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience with databases and Dealer Management Systems preferred
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
