Must have skills- Requirements Gathering and documentation, As-Is and To-Be Process documentation, Gap analysis , future state definition
10+ years of Business analysis and process documentation experience
Ability to independently work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and manage effective documentation
Ability to understand processes and identify gaps and areas of improvement
Well versed with Agile ways of working
Ability to work with onsite - offshore teams
Experience in Entertainment/ hospitality industry and understanding of the end to end value chain
