As the Business Analyst II, you will execute on business analysis activities and projects within Private Wealth Management. This role is hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thur on site).

How you'll spend your time:
  • You will ensure accuracy and timeliness in delivering new system enhancements and process improvements.
  • You will prepare documentation and conduct training to assist with end-user adoption of system changes.
  • You will drive identification of requirements across business units through thorough processes evaluation and train end-users on process and/or system changes.
  • You will support continuous improvement through both technical innovation and process improvements to automate complex tasks and minimize manual work.
  • You will measure and track usage and value of vendors.
  • You will envision, create and deliver high quality, easy to use reports, as needed. Create and maintain dashboard
  • information that summarizes, analyzes and reports key business metrics.
  • You will monitor and escalate project risks and issues, as appropriate.
  • You will adhere to business deadlines and commitments; serve as project manager for projects assigned.
  • You will exceed customer and associate expectations.
  • You will lead and facilitate meetings.
  • You will participate in cross-functional teams.
  • You will ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • You possess a bachelor's degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
  • You have 3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services.
  • You are a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have systems thinking and complex problem solving skills.
  • You show attention to detail, yet ability to grasp big picture.
  • You are highly organized and can effectively multi-task.
  • You have an understanding of financial services best practices and a knack for generating "wow" moments for clients.
  • You are able to balance a client experience mindset when managing and controlling business risks.
  • You have the ability to work independently, collaborating with others to accomplish client objectives.
  • You have the ability to adapt to changing information and business needs.
  • You have demonstrated ability to learn and communicate complex and detailed information.
  • You are an analytical problem solver with the ability to think creatively.
  • You have a general knowledge of new account opening, investments, client onboarding requirements and cash management.
  • You can organize and prioritize activities to ensure completion within established deadlines.
  • You show exceptional written communication skills.
  • You show a proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • You have knowledge of wealth management software applications and related tools.
Bonus points if:
  • You have demonstrated business analysis or product management experience within a wealth management Institution.
  • You have knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment management service offerings and account types.
  • You have working knowledge of complex account types.
  • You have demonstrated experience with a wide range of business problems.
  • You have general knowledge of compliance rules and regulations within wealth management.
  • You show proficiency in UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape Proficiency with eMoney client portal and financial planning software.
  • You show proficiency in Workday, Peoplesoft, Archer, Skillport and Hyperion.
  • You show a high level of proficiency in Salesforce CRM software.

Compensation Range:
$51,480.00 - $99,330.00
