Title: Business Analyst II

Pay Range:$25.97-$37.10/Hrs
Description:
• Focus on remittance, incentive fulfillment, and vendor feedback operations.
• Identify and document process gaps.
• Handle exceptions and minimize errors in daily tasks.
• Analyze data and communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure business requirements are met.
• Provide user support for applications and processes.
• Generate reports to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document process gaps.
• Execute daily processing tasks efficiently.
• Analyze root causes of exceptions and errors.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Support users with applications and projects.
• Coordinate workload based on priorities.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can offset education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in spreadsheet software.
