Business Analyst II will possess a growth mindset and collaborate to drive Service technology initiatives. The Business Analyst will partner with a range of individuals to comprehend all impacted areas and ensure alignment.

You Have: - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years related experience
- A broad understanding of group insurance products and processes
- Elevated level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, JIRA, Tableau, and/or Confluence tool sets
You Will: - Understand customer needs and business demand and align necessary business analyst capacity and skills
- Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions and large group meetings that cut across multiple business and functional areas
- Perform analysis in support of decisions on organizational design required to achieve a business objective or key result
- Develop strong relationships with key business, technical, and project management functions
- Cultivate positive relationships with all collaborators to gather information and understand their interests
- Partner with product managers, product owners, project managers, reporting and operational excellence teams in the creation and upkeep of epic statements, lean reasons, and if necessary, feature and story progress
- Possess excellent communication skills, to include the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization in written, verbal, and visual formats
Reporting Relationships: As our Business Analyst II, you will report to our Head of Omni Channel Initiatives.
Location and Work Arrangement: - Preferred locations include: Holmdel, NJ; Bethlehem, PA; and New York, NY.
- The work arrangement will be hybrid (three days per week in a local Guardian Office; two days per week working from home).
Salary Range: $69,380.00 - $104,067.50
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
