We are looking for a team player to join us as a Business Analyst responsible for configuring and deploying Control Room Management software for our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Create data spreadsheets for mapping purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams and departments to configure and deliver the solution.
- Document, test, and support the implementation of Control Room Management solutions.
- Gather client requirements effectively.
- Write functional and technical specifications.
- Configure the software to meet client scope requirements.
- Conduct software testing.
- Deploy the software in different environments.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support as needed after deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation projects.
- Familiarity with configuring software applications to meet client requirements.
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, or Postman.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction, validation, or reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros) or business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to generate reports or dashboards for project stakeholders.
- Understanding of SaaS implementation or cloud-based software deployment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, Texas. Candidates must be willing and able to commute to the office.
