We are looking for a team player to join us as a Business Analyst responsible for configuring and deploying Control Room Management software for our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:


  • Create data spreadsheets for mapping purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams and departments to configure and deliver the solution.
  • Document, test, and support the implementation of Control Room Management solutions.
  • Gather client requirements effectively.
  • Write functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure the software to meet client scope requirements.
  • Conduct software testing.
  • Deploy the software in different environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support as needed after deployment.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with configuring software applications to meet client requirements.
  • Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, or Postman.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction, validation, or reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros) or business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ability to generate reports or dashboards for project stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SaaS implementation or cloud-based software deployment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
  • Comprehension of business processes.
  • Commitment to ensuring accuracy in software configurations, data imports, and documentation.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, Texas. Candidates must be willing and able to commute to the office.
