Job Description (Required): POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage direct customer account data for Pharmaceutical customers in US and Puerto Rico to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Business Analysts review all incoming customer account creation and change requests, validate licensing and determine what (if any) additional requirements are needed to comply with regulatory requirements and policies. In addition, Business Analysts assign trade classification to customer accounts, which drives customer invoice terms, discounts, taxes, eligibility for contract pricing, and may control access to specified products.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain customers within their appropriate sales organization and company area to ensure accurate revenue data in downstream financials. Requires Perform due diligence research including a comprehensive search of internal and external databases to determine and verify account's primary business activity to assign the appropriate trade class.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
SAP and Microsoft office, internet navigation, industry knowledge regarding customer classification and functionality preferred
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting and working on computer for long periods
Communicate w/customers via phone and computer
Minimal lifting 25lbs or less
