CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM opening for our client. Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC
Duration: 7 Months
Duties: - Support the development and implementation of IT policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational frameworks.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and risk assessments aligned with frameworks such as FFIEC, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from various source systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency for reporting and metrics.
- Utilize reporting and repository tools such as Tableau, MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer to support data aggregation and compliance tracking.
- Assist with the development and tracking of baseline metrics to monitor adherence to internal IT policies and standards.
Skills: - Strong knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks (FFIEC, ITIL, COBIT).
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools including Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and compliance issues clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience: - 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) or IT governance/compliance environment.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance monitoring, data quality assurance, and risk management practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing metrics for policy and standards compliance.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
