Primary Skills: Workday Recruiting, Business Analysis, HRIS, System Testing, Interview Management Systems (e.g., BrightHire) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 24+ Months Location: San Jose or San Francisco, CA (/ Open to remote in PST time zone) Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour. on W2 Job Summary: The client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Workday Recruiting to join the team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in collecting and documenting technical requirements, performing impact analysis, and leading testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of recruiting functions, be familiar with interview scheduling platforms like BrightHire, and demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near San Jose or San Francisco, CA, though remote candidates in the PST time zone will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Participate in discovery and design sessions to ensure a clear understanding of business and system requirements. Document comprehensive technical requirements and review with business and technology stakeholders. Partner with Adobe Integration Specialists to ensure all integration requirements are captured. Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with requirements. Conduct thorough end-to-end and regression testing to validate functionality and system stability. Track, document, and manage defects or inconsistencies, collaborating on resolution. Perform basic configuration in Workday Recruiting and BrightHire as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and mitigate risks. Set up and maintain test environments, including process configuration, alerts, and notifications. Support the implementation of new features by testing and providing actionable recommendations. Must-Have Skills: Strong experience with the Workday Recruiting module Experience with interview scheduling/interview management tools (e.g., BrightHire) Solid understanding of the recruiting function and lifecycle Excellent skills in requirement documentation, impact analysis, and system testing Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure system configurations meet user expectations Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on HRIS Experience in enterprise environments with cross-functional team collaboration and complex system integration ABOUT AKRAYA Akraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
