BUS Driver

POSITION SUMMARY: Operates the vehicles for the purpose of transporting patients or residents to/from various facilities. Maintains a safe environment and assists the patients as needed to get on and off the bus. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Minimum: High School Education or equivalent LICENSE: Minimum: Valid NYS driver's license consistent with FLH Motor Vehicle policy Preferred: A CDL-N1 license; Crisis Prevention Intervention training PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: Two (2) years driving experience Preferred: Past experience working with disabled and/or elderly populations SKILLS: Minimum: Requires a sensitive and reassuring approach to customers Demonstrates the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Salary Range: $16.50-$19.16
