Other benefits
- The district will pay for two (2) Holiday days, Thanksgiving Day and Good Friday.
- Any driver who misses three (3) or less routes after the first semester will receive an additional $250.00 on their January paycheck.
- Any driver who misses six (6) or less routes total at the end of the school year will receive an additional $250.00 on their June paycheck.
- Any driver who has all of their sick days banked will be paid out $40.00 per day on their June paycheck for each day over the maximum amount of days.
- Any new driver, upon completion of one-year of service, will receive $250.00 in recognition of the time devoted to training and preparation.
- Any driver that refers a new driver will receive $250.00 for the referral (the new driver will need to pass all requirements).
- New drivers will be paid up to 11 hours for new training at the base rate of $17.00 after completing 20 routes.
