Oxy / Fuel and Plasma Burn Table Operator
1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Availability Needed
$15-$24 an hour depending on experience

Summary of Responsibilities: This position will be setting up, adjusting and operating the burn table to
cut raw materials such as steel plates, structural, extrusions, etc. as assigned.

Specific Duties:
o Work from verbal instructions, drawings, blueprints, sketches, bills of material, cutting lists, etc.
o Sets up, adjusts, and operates Multi-Torch, hand torch, and Oxygen-Acetylene flame cutting
equipment.
o Uses drawings to determine how cuts should be made.
o May perform simple cleaning maintenance operations.
o Reports abnormal conditions of equipment to supervision.
o Observes all safety rules and regulations and keeps work area clean and orderly.
Job Requirements
o Mechanically inclined
o Reliable/Dependable
o 1-year experience operating a programable oxy/fuel burn table a plus
o 1-year experience operating a programable plasma burn table a plus
o Experience reading blueprints a plus
o Able to read a tape measure.
o Strong mathematical aptitude.
o Open minded and willing to learn company process.
o Willingness to work any shift.
o Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisor.
o Burn 10, Edge Pro, or Messer Navigator burn table experience a plus.
