In this exciting role, you will take charge in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager while ensuring our team delivers top-notch service to our guests. Your leadership will be key in maintaining the highest standards in food preparation, customer relations, and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead your team to provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members for success
- Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to effectively manage restaurant operations each shift
- Set a positive example with a thorough understanding of restaurant operations
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
- Supervise the team in line with GPS values and standards
- Employ strong problem-solving skills to address daily challenges
- Implement and uphold cash handling policies; address and document any violations
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant General Manager
Qualifications: - 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Physical Requirements: - Capable of performing motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
- Able to work in varying temperature conditions
- Capable of standing for 8-10 hours
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
