Overview
The Bulk Sales Admin is the first point of contact for Bulk Sales and helps the Bulk Sales Manager.
What you will need
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook) and SalesPad.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
How you will make an impact
- Monitor the Bulk Sales queue in Sales Monitor and create new quote requests that are submitted to the Bulk Sales general email.
- Review orders that are redirected to the Bulk Sales Monitor.
- Look at current cost, available stock on hand, and open purchase orders on any item redirected to the Bulk Sales Monitor for review, looking for the best fulfillment option for the customer.
- Expedite all pending orders requesting confirmation of receipt with the vendor, the cost of freight, and the tracking information once it's available.
What will set you apart
- Some college level of education in a relevant field of study is preferred.
