Description

  • Managing and overseeing construction projects within the Public Sector.
  • Assessing and managing risks associated with construction projects.
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on construction matters.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports on project status.
  • Resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Profile

A successful 'Surveyor' should have:

  • A recognised qualification in surveying or construction.
  • Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines in construction.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed reports.
