Building Services Manager required for a long term exciting major project in excess of 100m in South Yorkshire
Seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to take a lead on this project
You will be responsible for
- Managing the MEP installation process from cradle to grave ensuring a high quality service to the client
- Project Planning
- Coordinating design on site and ensuring all is correct to programme and M&E installation
- Procurement
- Attend all meetings
- Managing sub contractors and supply chain
