Building Project Manager
Location Droitwich with Hybrid working options
Salary 40,000 - 50,000 (DOE) + Individual and Company Bonus Schemes
About the Role
Parkwood Project Management is looking for a motivated Building Project Manager to oversee exciting refurbishment and new-build projects in the leisure and hospitality sector. If you're ambitious, confident, and have strong pre-contract experience, we want to hear from you
What You'll Do
- Lead projects up to 500K in value.
- Manage budgets, contracts and procurement processes.
- Oversee health and safety compliance CDM 2015 .
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
- Be part of a team improving services that benefit local communities and user groups
What You'll Need
- Built Environment related qualification (BSc, PMI, APM, CIOB)
- CPD committed with PAC and Chartership support provided
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Full UK driving license.
