Bob Tyler Toyota is seeking to add a Building Maintenance / Handyman to perform a wide variety of different maintenance and/or repairs for our Dealership facilities.
This role is a critical component of upholding our dealership culture and image while helping us to look and feel our absolute best through the ambience of our facilities.

Responsibilities - Building Maintenance / Handyman:


  • Perform a wide variety of different maintenance and/or repair work on our Dealership buildings/facilities
  • Manage/account for tools and equipment
  • Keep, tools, and work spaces neat and organized



Qualifications/Requirements - Building Maintenance / Handyman:


  • Handyman repair and maintenance experience is strongly preferred
  • Rough and trim carpentry skills, door hardware experience is preferred
  • Nominal electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience is preferred
  • Dealership, Apartments, or Building maintenance is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
