Job Details

Actively seeking a Building Automation Controls Technician in the Salt Lake City market area. This role is responsible for installing, programing, and servicing digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Details

• Install complete building automation systems (BAS).
• Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
• Train the customer on controls systems as directed
• Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation.
• Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
• Review, modify, and implement programming changes to building automation system to ensure efficient and effective system operations and conformance with standards and guidelines and energy savings.
• Calibrate, repair, and replace building automation system sensing devices to specifications.

Preferred Requirements:

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or HVAC controls experience
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other
• Tridium Niagara experience is a plus
