Job Description Summary
As a Marketing Specialist (Build to Rent or "BTR"), you will be working with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and our corporate leadership, local operation teams, community property management company, and other stakeholders to lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives that effectively execute our for-rent product offering. You will provide creative and organizational guidance for all Yardly digital marketing activities.
Job Details What You'll Do - Assist Senior Marketing Operations Manager with coordination of all web, online and social media initiatives
- Coordinate the schedule and execution of e-blasts and work with Senior Marketing Operations Manager to track the success of programs
- Organize and maintain visual assets in the media library to include photography, art, virtual tours, etc.
- Update and manage all website information with all site sources including, but not limited to, floor plans, maps, photography, video, community information, directions and other data
- Act as the primary liaison to third-party digital marketing agencies and vendors as assigned
- Provide lead lists and data for accurate follow-ups related to community interest lists and lead nurture programs
- Maintain and organize project files, spreadsheets and other project resources as required
- Present Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Yardly leadership with weekly traffic, website metrics and other reports
- Work with internal and external IT development teams on active website improvement tickets and provide QA before manager final approval
- Lead social media initiatives for the overall Yardly brand and the individual properties
- Communicate with leasing partners regarding traffic reports, website updates, and monthly social media content
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or 1-2 years of marketing experience with website experience a plus
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
- You are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
- You are customer service oriented and believe the customer is the number one priority
- You understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
- You are open to a hybrid work schedule involving some days in the office and others working from home
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Will have responsibilities such as:
- This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
- Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands: - Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
