This role is part of the EOS Data organization and is responsible for delivering all data projects within the EOS program. It involves collaboration with Data workstream leads, EOS COE DT, GPOs, RC R&G, and MGS, ensuring project delivery following Mars project methodology, adoption of core solutions, and process standardization.

• This role will oversee deployment of data projects such as: End-to-End master data governance, MDG rollout ahead of S/4, and S/4 retirement.
• Collaborate closely with the Data team, COE DT, COE business, MGS, and CXO to ensure milestone achievement.
• Work externally with third-party vendors, system integrators, and business integrators.
• Key stakeholders include the EOS Program Group, Regional CIOs, and MGS DT Data leaders.

What are we looking for?

• 7 to 10 years of experience in deploying new digital capabilities and/or in demand/sales functions.
• Ability to articulate digital capability strategy aligned with overall business strategy.
• Understanding of business processes and change management.
• Experience with agile, design thinking, and full development cycle of modular platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver through others and build collaborative relationships.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and external resources in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce processes.
• Understanding of CPG business models and customer trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new functional and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing environment, managing multiple priorities under pressure.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead end-to-end data program delivery, ensuring project milestones are met across markets.
• Create and maintain deployment plans to deliver projects on time, quality, and budget.
• Ensure project deliverables meet stage gate requirements.
• Manage project meetings and governance committees.
• Develop and track vendor SOWs.
• Lead Fit to Template sessions to demonstrate new systems and gather feedback.
• Gather and analyze local requirements to adapt core templates for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate communication, training, and change management activities with CXO.
• Oversee system integration testing with COEs, regional leads, and vendors.
• Support design of new data processes to deliver value.
• Prepare and lead technical cutover plans for go-live.
• Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
