What We're Looking For:
Banking experience required-compliance, operations, or lending preferred
Familiarity with BSA/AML and regulatory reporting requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and build processes from scratch
Excellent communication skills and sound judgment
Experience in a community bank or similar environment is a plus
BSA/AML or CAMS certification a plus, but not required
