Position: Brokerage Manager & Growth Leader

Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to help manage and expand our commercial brokerage operations. This role includes full operational oversight, team leadership, and strategic growth responsibilities-all aligned with our values and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the regional office
  • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure full compliance with contracts, licensing, and brokerage regulations
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales and office staff
  • Coach and support the team to drive a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
  • Refine systems, SOPs, and workflows for efficiency and scalability
  • Support recruitment, training, and initiatives to increase revenue streams
  • Proactively implement scalable systems in anticipation of expansion
Qualifications
  • Texas real estate license (CCIM, & Broker license preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, with at least 3 in commercial sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
  • 3-5 Years business management experience
  • Professionalism - in all aspects including character, conduct, communications, appearance, and in dealing with difficult and challenging situations (and people).

  • Proven track record in operations, team building, and compliance oversight
  • Exceptionally computer literate and tech savvy, and

    comfortable in a fully digital environment
  • Deep understanding of real estate laws and brokerage compliance
  • Strong time management with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Committed to a people-first, integrity-driven approach
Compensation
  • Salary: OPEN - highly dependent on qualifications.
  • Medical: 50%
