About the Role WeareseekinganexperiencedApplicationEngineerwithstrongexpertiseinBroadcomtechnologiestojoinourteamasanindependentcontractor.Thisrolewillfocusonsupportingcustomerimplementations,providingtechnicalguidance,andensuringseamlessintegrationofBroadcomsolutionswithinenterpriseenvironments.
Asakeytechnicalresource,you'llworkdirectlywithengineeringteamsandcustomerstosolvecomplextechnicalchallengesandoptimizeBroadcomproductdeploymentandperformance.
Responsibilities - ServeastheprimarytechnicalcontactforBroadcomproductintegrationandsupport
- Provideadvancedtroubleshootingandrootcauseanalysisforsoftware/hardwareissues
- Collaboratewithcustomerengineeringanddevelopmentteamstoalignproductfunctionalitywithbusinessrequirements
- CustomizeandoptimizeBroadcomapplicationstosuitclientinfrastructure
- Writetechnicaldocumentationandprovideknowledgetransfertoclientteams
- StayuptodateonBroadcom'sproductroadmapandtechnicalupdates
Qualifications Required Qualifications: - 5+yearsofexperienceasanApplicationEngineerorsimilarrole
- Stronghands-onexperiencewithBroadcomenterprisesoftwareorhardwareproducts,suchas:
- BroadcomMainframesolutions (e.g.,CATechnologiestools)
- Networkandinfrastructuremonitoring (e.g.,DXNetOps)
- Securitysoftware (e.g.,Symantec/Broadcomsolutions)
- Solidunderstandingofenterprisesystemsarchitectureandsoftwaredeployment
- Excellentproblem-solving,communication,anddocumentationskills
- Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
Preferred Qualificarions: - Experienceworkingwithlargeenterpriseclientsorinhigh-availabilityenvironments
- Familiaritywithcloudintegration,automationtools,orscripting (e.g.,Python,PowerShell)
- Previousexperienceasaremotecontractororconsultant
