Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for a
Retail Pop-Up Associate to join the team at their Bridgehampton pop-up opening May 20th.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendations.
- Oversee staff and work cross-functionally with team members and HQ.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, optimizing product displays to attract customer interest.
- Comfort in hosting VIP and influencer facing events onsite
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Assist with replenishing the pop-up sales floor
- Proactively resolving customer issues
- Setting up and breaking down the store for opening/closing
- Support sales team/ operations team with admin tasks during busy times
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements: - At least 1-2+ years of experience in retail at a luxury boutique preferred
- Must be available to work retail hours - open to part-time or full-time hour candidates.
- Ability to commute reliably to Bridgehampton, NY.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
