Responsibilities: - Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and quality
- Manage restaurant budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
Requirements: - Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Understanding of financial management principles
