What we are looking for: The University of Michigan Health - Sparrow is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time board-certified or board-eligible Breast Imaging Radiologist. Hybrid workplace- flexibility for some remote work. The University of Michigan Health - Sparrow delivers exceptional quality care in a diverse and family-friendly community and is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region. The successful candidate will dedicate clinical time to Breast Imaging. This position is on-site with opportunity for some remote shifts from home. Our standard schedule is 200 shifts per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of diagnostic services in Breast imaging digital mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound and breast MRI.
  • Stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies and localization
  • Ability to participate in ED/inpatient.
  • Optional weekend and holiday call coverage.

Compensation:

$550,000 guaranteed base salary, $100,000 sign-on bonus. Quarterly bonuses based on productivity. Additional compensation for weekend shifts, holiday shifts, and tumor boards.

Candidates must:

  • Be certified or eligible for certification.
  • Fellowship training or proficiency in all aspects of Breast Imaging.
  • Participate in Maintenance of Certification or eligibility for such is required.
  • Faculty participates in and is a valued member of breast multidisciplinary conferences.
