Your Role: As a Breakfast Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the restaurant's operations during the breakfast shift, ensuring we maintain top-notch standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness. Your goal will be to drive breakfast sales while creating an enjoyable experience for both guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage breakfast operations in line with company standards.
- Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
- Foster a cooperative team environment and mentor crew members regularly.
- Conduct meetings to discuss operational procedures and training.
- Manage inventory and assist with food cost control.
- Ensure adherence to cash processing procedures.
- Help in scheduling staff to meet guest demands.
- Train and develop new crew members under supervision.
- Maintain a professional appearance and promote safety and compliance.
What You Need to Succeed: - Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
- A minimum of 1 year of shift management experience is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- A cheerful, reliable, and positive attitude.
