About the Role:

The Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests at Home2 Suites Bordentown start their day with a positive experience. This position is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing exceptional customer service. The Breakfast Attendant will also be tasked with restocking food and beverage supplies as needed, ensuring that all items are fresh and appealing. Additionally, this role involves monitoring food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe dining environment. Ultimately, the Breakfast Attendant contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the hotel.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Food Handler's Certification.
  • Experience with inventory management and food preparation.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food and beverage items according to established standards.
  • Serve breakfast items to guests and assist them with any inquiries or special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
  • Restock food and beverage supplies throughout the breakfast service to ensure availability.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
