We use fresh, never frozen chicken and cut our fries in house daily. Our food is always fresh, including our premium custard.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Breading Supervisor

Superchix is looking for a Breading Supervisor with a high level of focus and discipline to set the pace for the entire kitchen, everything is dependent on the availability of the fresh chicken. This position requires attention to food safety and procedure detail and must be comfortable handling raw chicken.

Responsibilities

Oversee preparation and cooking of chicken

Set the pace for the kitchen and the restaurant

Knowledge and proper execution of food safety and procedures

Maintain cleanliness of cooking area

Hire, Manage, train, and motivate team

Perform restaurant opening and closing duties

Ensure food and service meet high quality standards

Create a professional and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the highest standard of Guest Service.

Qualifications

ServSafe, preferred or able to obtain

1-2 years restaurant/QSR experience, preferred

1 year restaurant/QSR supervisory experience, preferred

Must be friendly and outgoing

Ability to multitask, solve problems and carry out directives

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

Must work well with others and show respect to co workers

Must take pride in the work that you do

Must be able to obtain SuperChix Supervisor Certification

FULL TIME - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting

Ability to operate restaurant equipment
