- Capable of analyzing creator and brand sales potential and brand affinity from both a data analysis and creative content POV.
What You Will Be Doing:
- As a member on the Favored Partnership's team you will:
- Serve as contact for clients, ensuring that their satisfaction, scope of work and keys for success are met and/or exceeded
- Ensure communication, timelines and follow-up standards are met with excellent customer service and long-term relationship growth
- Collaborate closely with client and TikTok Shop teams to identify opportunities for growth and acceleration
- Prepare and present to clients data-backed performance reports across the brand and creator channels, including insight-based recommendations to continually optimize results
- Work closely with Favored's Affiliate Operations, Livestream and Creative Strategy Teams on workflows, ways of working and strategies to exceed client expectations
- Support new client opportunities and onboard new clients and ensure they are fully integrated into internal workflows
- Conduct market research and stay on top of industry trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

- BA degree
- Excellent communication, project management and organization skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience (agency, client, or platform)
- Experience with affiliate marketing and/or influencer marketing
