Job Summary Mighty Auto Parts is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to drive brand consistency and elevate the company's presence across digital and traditional platforms. This role will focus on brand management, website enhancements, SEO, social media strategy, print advertising, PR, FRANAD (Franchise Advertising & Marketing fund) initiatives, and localized marketing support.

As a key contributor to the marketing team, you'll support initiatives that promote Mighty's extensive product and service offerings to distributors, franchise partners, and the broader automotive service market. You'll thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment that values innovation, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee brand management and ensure all assets and messaging align with brand standards
  • Lead website content updates and collaborate on digital enhancements for improved user experience and SEO performance
  • Support and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic
  • Manage and grow Mighty's presence across social media channels through content planning, execution, and analytics
  • Coordinate print and digital advertising campaigns, including creative development
  • Assist in planning and execution of PR activities to support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchisees to support FRANAD marketing initiatives
  • Provide marketing support to Mighty franchisees, including templates, toolkits, and localized campaigns
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and brand resources
  • Assist with product photo shoots, video projects, and other media production
  • Contribute to brand campaign development and provide executional support across marketing channels
  • Monitor performance and contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting and insights
  • Represent the marketing department during franchise site visits and national meetings (travel up to 15%)
  • Reports to the VP of Marketing & Brand
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing or brand experience preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and web content management
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing or supporting national brand campaigns
  • Exposure to franchise marketing models and support systems
  • Understanding of local marketing strategies and market customization
  • Prior experience with agency collaboration or vendor management
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% for meetings, events, or franchise support
