Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Nashville, TN (On-site)

Founded in Nashville as a bespoke operation, we have evolved into a nationwide luxury brand, known for leather jackets, boots, and objects of meaning for those who believe in the magic of individuality. Every detail matters. We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who sees marketing not as promotion - but as storytelling, art direction, and experience-making.



The Role:

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will be the creative steward of the Savas brand - working alongside our founder, shaping our voice, vision, and presence across every medium. You will lead brand campaigns, oversee visual storytelling, and build authentic relationships with our community.



What You'll Do:

  • Lead brand strategy and storytelling across all platforms - web, social, print, press, partnerships, and experiences.
  • Project manage marketing schedule with team of contributing artists and freelance team.
  • Art direct visual campaigns: concept, produce, and curate imagery that reflects the Savas spirit.
  • Write and edit with artistry and precision - from a single caption to a full brand campaign story.
  • Manage and grow a network of photographers, stylists, writers, and collaborators.
  • Dream up and execute brand experiences - events, pop-ups, and gatherings - that feel alive and personal.
  • Ensure every visual, every word, every interaction is crafted with pride and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with design, retail, production, and leadership to bring the full brand experience to life.
  • Stay tuned to culture, music, fashion, and art - pushing the brand forward thoughtfully.
  • Track campaign performance and refine based on insights.


Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or content production - preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle.
  • A high taste level in imagery, design, and storytelling through digital and in-person channels
  • Deep pride in your work, with a commitment to craftsmanship, individuality, and authenticity.
  • A natural art director - able to guide photography, video, and brand content from vision to execution.
  • Passion for hospitality and being a part of a team.
  • Respectful of privacy of high profile clients
  • An excellent communicator - clear, collaborative, and inspiring.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, able to lead projects from start to finish.
  • Based in Nashville or willing to relocate to be part of a vibrant, creative studio environment.
  • Diligently organized and self-motivated
  • Common-sense, can-do attitude
  • A love for an evolving work environment and flexible atmosphere


Required Technical Skills:


  • Google Docs / Google Workspace (organization, communication, file management)
  • Instagram (content publishing, insights analysis, storytelling)
  • TikTok (trend awareness, content creation, strategy)
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Meta Business Suite (ad management, post scheduling, basic paid campaign setup)

  • Photography and video experience
  • Love of clothing and style
  • Deep connections within Nashville's communities
  • Experience working with independent, founder-led brands.
  • Shopify (basic backend management, product uploads, updates)
