The Opportunity

We're hiring a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the growth and execution of Neutonic's brand across all channels. This is a U.S.-based role for a strategic and creative marketer who can own product launch campaigns, develop standout brand moments, and build meaningful connections through events and partnerships. You'll work closely with the founders, product team, and performance marketers to ensure the brand shows up powerfully at every touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Neutonic's brand strategy and positioning across all channels
  • Lead and manage product launch campaigns from planning through execution
  • Drive brand marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, partnerships, and experiential marketing
  • Oversee creative direction across content, design, and messaging
  • Plan and execute high-impact brand events and sampling activations
  • Identify and manage brand collaborations and partnerships with creators and aligned communities
  • Work closely with the performance team to deliver brand assets for paid and organic channels
  • Collaborate with founders and internal teams to align brand with business goals

Must-Have Experience

  • 4+ years in brand marketing, preferably with consumer brands in wellness, lifestyle, or beverages
  • Proven success leading and executing product and brand campaigns
  • Strong project management skills - able to juggle timelines, assets, and budgets
  • Confident briefing creative teams and overseeing content production
  • Experience with brand activations, partnerships, or events
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams

Further Ideal Experience

  • Experience with high-growth DTC or digitally native brands
  • Background in launching consumer products or managing GTM campaigns
  • Knowledge of the performance marketing landscape and how brand supports growth
  • Passion for wellness, energy, and cognitive performance products
